It is used completely dry and without product on it, simply to blend product that is already on the eyelid. Although the bristles are the same length as the shadow brush, it is less compact. This allows the bristles to move more freely and then move the eye shadow as needed.

6) Brow/Liner brush
This angled small brush is perfect for adding lines where needed. This can be to create the perfect cat-eye flick or to add tiny hairlines to your brown. How you use it will depend mostly on the product. If the product is dry, like a powder, but you want to add a line, simply spray a little water on the brush. If you want to fill in a brow but without harsh lines, then you would use it as an eyeshadow brush. The brow/liner brush can also be used to “clean up” any little messes with foundation or concealer, especially around the brow or lips.

Care and Maintenance
You should always keep the dry brushes in a specific makeup bag or open container. Avoid storing the brushes in closed containers that do not allow them to “breath”. To clean the brushes, simply use a little gentle soap and warm water. Scrub the brushes gently until all the product is removed, rinse well, and leave to dry upside-down if possible. Clean the brushes after every use.
